Blueberry Mulch

Our Blueberry Mulch is designed specifically for acid-loving plants such as blueberries, rhododendrons, and azaleas. This custom blend combines Bark O Mulch, Aged Bark Dust, and Lane Garden Compost to promote excellent drainage, root aeration, and long-term organic matter stability.  The mix has a testing pH which is ideal for creating an acidic environment for healthy root systems and berry production

Mulch is available in bulk in our Eugene and Springfield locations in bags at our Glenwood location.

Uses:

Use as a mulch or a planting medium but add acid rich fertilizer with the mulch when initially planting, add fertilizer each year to promote optimal growth.

Application:

Add as a mulch 3-6inches around the base of the plant spreading outwards. For planting, dig a whole four times the size of the plant container then mix in mulch, incorporate fertilizer and plant.
