Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant will be required to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in our Sales and Marketing office. Duties to include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and maintaining general administrative activities, including making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems; assisting in the planning and implementation of internal and external events. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. If you also have previous experience within our industry, we’d like to meet you.

Day Shift Millwright

Day Shift Millwright

Lane Forest Products has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Millwright. This position is responsible for the maintenance and repair of various heavy equipment, machinery and trucks. The right candidate will have the ability to trouble shoot and repair basic to complex systems, as well as experience with basic welding repairs.

The primary duties are to complete all general maintenance and repair work as directed by the Team Leader or Manager. Should have knowledge of arc, wire and cutting techniques. Troubleshoot, install, align, dismantle, repair and maintain industrial machinery and mechanical equipment for improved reliability and uptime. Perform periodic maintenance routines to identify and correct mechanical defects before they fail. Maintain operations equipment to achieve optimal performance levels. Work with operations associates to identify and prioritize maintenance needs. Adhere to all safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures and actively participate in safety program.


  • 3 years minimum experience in Industrial Maintenance, 2 years related trade school training may be substituted for 2 years’ experience.
  • Must have experience troubleshooting, installing, aligning, dismantling, repairing and maintaining industrial machinery and mechanical equipment for improved reliability and uptime
  • Must have experience working with hydraulic and pneumatics systems
  • Must have experience with fabrication, cutting with a torch, welding with arc welder
  • Must have experience troubleshooting issues with bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes, conveyors
  • Must have experience with precision alignment of motors, couplings, bearings and pumps, lubrication
  • Must be able to use a computer for record-keeping and documentation functions
  • Must be willing to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations
  • Valid Driver License. CDL preferred, may be required to attain.
  • Requires travel in company supplied vehicles to all company locations.
  • Required to supply own tools adequate to skill level.
Class A and B CDL Drivers

Class A and B CDL Drivers

Lane Forest Products is seeking class A Drivers for our delivery service. Full and Part Time positions available. Stable year-round opportunities. Local routes, home every night. You will have the ability to work flexible schedules including weekends.

Duties include:

  • Safely drive and operate delivery trucks.
  • Ensure proper placement and amount of materials.
  • Provide excellent customer service.


  • Class A or B CDL
  • Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred (but not required) with the following:
    • Chip Trailer/Livebottom
    • Transfer Truck
    • Truck and Pup
    • Dump Truck
  • Clean driving record & knowledge of local area required
