Yard Debris - Springfield

Yard Debris – Springfield

We are seeking friendly and capable individuals at our Springfield location. The right candidate must enjoy working outdoors and being on their feet for full 8 – 10 hour shifts. This position assists customers with unloading yard debris, traffic control, and to assists in various production operations, all while maintaining a safe working environment.

Qualifications and Skills

Successful candidates will be trained to operate a loader and in the use of other equipment.

Job Requirements: High school or GED Diploma Some basic job experience Be able to lift and pull 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout the assigned workday Have a pleasant disposition.

Field Mechanic

Field Mechanic

Lane Forest Products is currently seeking an experienced Field Mechanic, who will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of various heavy equipment, machinery and trucks. The right candidate will have the ability to trouble shoot and repair basic and complex systems and must have the ability to work independently.

Primary Duties include completing all general maintenance and repair work as directed by the Shop Manager. Independently making repair decisions based on safety, business needs and resources available. Operating the field service truck in remote and rugged locations safely and effectively. Completing advanced welding repairs; should have knowledge of arc, wire and cutting techniques. Also, operates diagnostic software: CAT ET, CAT SIS, and Cummins Insite diagnostic programs.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 3 years minimum experience in the maintenance of heavy trucks and equipment required, 2 years related trade school training may be substituted for 2 years’ experience.
  • Experience repairing suspensions, brakes, clutches, hydraulics and electrical systems required to perform periodic inspections and lube services.
  • Must possess Windows based software skills to accomplish job data entry and use laptop computers for diagnostic operations.
  • Valid Driver License. CDL preferred, may be required to attain
  • This position requires travel in company supplied vehicles to remote locations, typically returning daily.
  • Required to supply own tools adequate to skill level.
Blower Lead Operator (Class A or B CDL)

Blower Lead Operator

We are looking for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, a knack for providing excellent customer service and the ability to lead their own crew. We offer all local routes so you’ll be home every night.

Requirements:

  • Current Class A or B CDL license required & current medical certification
  • Clean driving record & knowledge of local area required
  • Available to work a full-time schedule which can include Saturdays

Lane Forest Products is seeking class A Drivers for our delivery service. Full and Part Time positions available. Stable year-round opportunities. Local routes, home every night. You will have the ability to work flexible schedules including weekends.

Duties include:

  • Safely drive and operate delivery trucks.
  • Ensure proper placement and amount of materials.
  • Provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Class A or B CDL
  • Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred (but not required) with the following:
    • Chip Trailer/Livebottom
    • Transfer Truck
    • Truck and Pup
    • Dump Truck
  • Clean driving record & knowledge of local area required
  • Available to work a full-time schedule which can include Saturdays
